Hello smashed glass, enough nail polish fumes to knock me out and not an inch of bubble wrap in sight! All before breakfast.... Not the best shopping experience i have ever had if i am honest.
How a nail varnish box opened in transit is also beyond me? Answers on a post card please :)
This is after last week's incident of the already used Illamasqua lipstick...however that is a whole new story.
