Deborah Lippmann isn't the easiest to track down in the UK however when i want something i want something. Missions are not easily aborted in my mind. I finally tracked this down to House of Fraser online and had it delivered to my local store. I was impressed with the service, ordering it at 3pm and it being ready to collect by 11am the next day. Highly recommend! I've noticed Beauty Bay have started to stock them however they didn't have this shade.
Deborah Lippmann doesn't come cheap at £16 for a glitter however as I've never seen anything like it i was quite prepared it pay it! The collection has some amazing glitter polishes many of which i don't think are easily dupped.
I think this will look amazing with a tan in the summer, i can't wait to wear this on the beach. Mermaid's Dream is the first traditional nail varinish i have bought in a long time due to developing a little bit of a love affair with Orly Gel FX. I find that glitter polishes wear better on my nails due to the gritty texture, we are on to day 3 and still chip less.
I'm no nail blogger or photographer so i don't feel I've captured the full beauty of this bottle of goodness but it is divine!
A token extreme close up to try and show the glitter a bit better....Take my word for it, it is amazing!
Obviously this is a bit of luxury purchase but one well worth in investing in in my opinion : )Are you a fan of Deborah Lippmann or do you prefer a cheaper range?
Very pretty but £16 is a bit much for me xx

I'm sooo jealous! As you, when i want something i REALLY WANT IT and I've been looking for it all day, but in the House of Fraser website there's no trace of this nail polish :/
ReplyDeletei can't find it on there anymore either! it must of sold out : ( x
DeleteVery pretty! Shame it's sold out... Hopefully they bring it back!
ReplyDeleteI'm always tend to act quite blasé about expensive nail polish, because they have the same colours/quality (more or less, I don't mind waiting a bit longer for them to dry etc if it saves me that much money) as their cheaper counterpats. But Deborah Lipman is definitely the exception to that rule. Exquisite colours, I keep falling in love with them.
