I love a good 'concealer' nude sometimes, think NARS Madere and Gosh Darling but sometimes I feel I should be slightly more 'grown up' in my choice of nude lipsticks and sway from the white side. Whilst perusing the aisles the other day i noticed the new 17 Supreme Shine Lipsticks and the nude shade 'Bella' caught my attention. I've looked for a darker nude for while but many of them appear too dark on the lips and are not at all flattering . This one is too brown and different and i think i like it! It wears well, is comfortable to wear, isn't too matte and was cheap at around the £5 mark. Worth a look in my opinion! 17 i'm impressed.
My second love of the weekend is food. This morning has consisted mainly of 'chores', the food shop not being one of them. I'm trying to use the local market more so tonight I'm planning a warm Cromer Crab asparagus salad and locally made Spanish Chorizo sausages in honey, with today's purchases I love food far too much and me and my boyfriend get rather competitive in the kitchen. See exhibit A below, slightly extreme for a normal Saturday morning but i was proud.
If you know of any fantastic food blogs then please link them below! I've been eyeing up Victoria's Mini Egg Rocky Road and salvating slightly!

i wanted a darker nude lipstick but i didnt want one that was too brown so i opted for A Perfect Day lipstick by mac and its lovely and if it looks a bit too dark i just top it off with a lighter nude.xx
